Our Classes

Reformer | Align (Beginner Friendly)
Our Align classes are beginner friendly and are the perfect introduction for first-timers wanting to build a solid Pilates foundation. The exercises in these classes will help you learn how to move your body on the Reformer and build a base for our Flow and Jumpboard Pilates classes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

With Align classes, you will learn about key Pilates principles and most importantly, your own body. They aim to build confidence on the Reformer, improve coordination with a strong focus on form and technique and ultimately, develop a foundation of strength and alignment.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Align classes can be slightly modified for those with minor physical limitations.⠀

Reformer | Flow (Intermediate)
Our intermediate level Flow classes allow you to connect more deeply with your body and mind. They focus on increasing physical capability, enhancing fitness, improving strength and ultimately helping you enjoy a balanced life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Reformer Flow progresses your confidence with movement on the Reformer, incorporating balance and control. Slightly more challenging than our Align classes, Reformer exercises in our Flow classes will aim to further strengthen the body’s core muscles, with components of mobility and stretching. Options will be given to suit individual ability and experience.

These classes are not suitable for first-timers or those that are new to Reformer Pilates.

Reformer | Jumpboard (Intermediate)
Our Reformer Jumpboard classes are inspiring and energetic classes, focusing on body awareness and endurance with some added pace. Coordinating Jumpboard movements while maintaining Pilates principles creates a dynamic challenge to elevate your capabilities on the Reformer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Reformer Jumpboard helps build long and strong muscles, elevate your heart rate using a low impact form of cardiovascular exercise and ultimately increase your body awareness and coordination.

These classes are not suitable during second and third trimester of pregnancy.

Reformer | Stretch (All Levels)
Our one-of-a-kind Reformer Stretch helps re-center and balance your body by reducing tight and tense muscles, increasing flexibility, assisting recovery and complimenting your Pilates practice or other activities. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Reformer Stretch involves light movement and deep stretching on the Reformer to leave you feeling long, loose and relaxed. Incorporating stretching into your routine helps reduce postural change, soreness and muscle fatigue, decrease risk of injury and increase general well-being. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

These classes are not suitable during second and third trimester of pregnancy.

All of our classes are easily modified for those with physical limitations by avoiding particular movements or increasing and decreasing the resistance on the Reformer. As always, we’ll work with you.

*Please wear socks - Grip socks are recommended and available to purchase in the studio.
