Based in a modern, minimalist space, with experienced instructors and utilising world-class equipment, our intimate classes are perfect for those looking for a low-impact, full body workout.

Keilor Road Pilates is conveniently located at 386 Keilor Rd Niddrie, VIC 3042. We are located directly across the Road from Keilor Road Physiotherapy, in the heart of the Niddrie Shopping Precinct.
We’re easily accessible either off the M79 Freeway using the Fullaton Road exit Citybound, or the Keilor Road exit Northbound. With parking available before 5pm in the Eastbrooke Lincolnville carpark, off Hotham Road at the rear of the building or 4P parking off Elstone Court next to Paint Spot, there’s ample space. You can also catch the 59 Tram and use stop 53A on Keilor Road or 53 on Matthews Ave.
